What does it cost?
Nothing, and no card on file. Paid plans are not live; when they are, you will see the price before anything is charged, and nothing charges itself.
Do you take my members’ payments?
No. There is no payment gateway in MyGymDay. You collect the way you already do, and the console records it as paid or outstanding.
What can I see that my members can’t?
Members only ever see how busy a gym is, never who is inside it. You see who walked in and who is still on the floor. The privacy policy lists every field.
Will I have to reprint the code?
No. Your gym’s code never expires and never rotates. You can replace it on purpose if a poster leaks, and the console asks you twice first.
What do I need to run it?
The phone in your pocket, iPhone or Android, and a printer once. No tablet at the desk, no scanner, no card reader.
